Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. We have 1 ‘click and collect’ point in Brentwood, Essex. Choose this on the delivery page of the website. Our click and collect service is complimentary.
We will contact you via email to arrange a collection time.
Do I need to be a MasterChef in the kitchen?
Most of the difficult work has been done by Chef Katherine.
We provide full dish cards and chef tips to help you reheat and present the food.
Where can I find Allergen infomation?
Allergens are shown on the ingredients section on the website menu. They are also shown in bold on the ingredients label of each specific dish.
In the case of allergies we cannot guarantee that any item will be free of any specified allergens.
Chef Katherine Delivered will never offer an undertaking that anything served will be entirely free of any allergen. Please do not rely on any information, verbal or otherwise to the contrary.
If you have any doubts about the suitability of a dish, please check the ingredients labels.
How much does delivery cost and is there a minimum order?
We have two delivery options.
Option 1 £3.00 - Your meals are delivered by one of the Chef Katherine Team in a refridgerated van. They will arrive in a paper bag and will need to be placed straight into the fridge when they are delivered. You will need to be home during the 2 hour allocated time slot to take delivery. If you are not home, we will bring the meals away and back to our Brentwood kitchen where you are welcome to pick them up within 24 hours.
Option 2 £6.00 - If you will not be home to take your delivery, please choose this option at checkout. Your meals will be packaged in an insulated box & will stay chilled for up to 24 hours. Please let us know a safe place to leave your package.
How long does the food stay fresh?
Your order is packed correctly in insulated packaging by us and delivered by us to ensure it arrives in the same condition as it leaves our kitchen. We reccomend that you consume your food within 72 hours of delivery.

We deliver to the following Postcode areas in Kent & Essex.
Please do not place an order if you do not see your postcode - we cannot issue a full refund due to 3rd partie fees taken on every purchase.
