Cauliflower Steak with Thyme, Garlic & Lemon (v) Serves 1

  • Cauliflower, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Thyme, Garlic, Lemon Zest

  • Preheat oven to 180℃ / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4

    Place in the oven for 10 minutes until hot throughout.
