Celebrating the release of my old boss & good friend Sabrina Gidda’s new cook book “Modern South Asian Kitchen”, I am bringing you a feast of some of the most tasty dishes in the book & getting them ready for you to simply reheat at home.


I am so excited for this one & can’t wait to start cooking! Please don’t worry if you aren’t a huge spice fan, these recipes are super impressive & nothing like you would have tasted before…trust me.



The Menu - Serves 2

£50 + £5 Delivery

Onion Bhaji Babka (Spiced Onion & Parmesan Bread)

7-Spiced Fried Chicken with Achaari Mayo 

Onion Pakoras

Masala Roasted Pork Belly 

Crushed New Potatoes with Spring Onions

Coriander & Mint Chutney

Tempered Spice Slaw 

Mrs Gidda’s Trifle Pots (with Malibu Rum)

Chai Spiced Shortbread

Having tested this menu at home, I recommend you get everything ready (except the Trifle & Shortbread) at the same time & tuck in. Alternatively you could have snacks of Bread, Pakoras & Fried Chicken followed by a main course of Pork Belly, Potatoes & Slaw. Either way, this really is a feast!
